Returns & Refunds
You may cancel your order by returning items to us any time within fifteen (15) days, beginning on the day after you received them. You can return items for an exchange or refund. To cancel an order, you must send us notification to [email protected]
We are always willing to provide detailed information about each item, so if you have any doubts about item which you intend to order, please contact us before placing order.
Returned items must be:
Safely packed, but do not need to be in originally sent envelope/box
Not used, undamaged, in sellable condition and in original primary packaging
Include copy of purchase invoice
We might not accept returns of Beadsmith items (pliers, reamers, wires, cords and etc.), if item was used/tried to use and its primary packaging was damaged.
Finished jewelry that were already worn can't be returned. Finished jewelry that weren't worn must be returned with all labels and in original primary packaging.
Items which were ordered specially for you (new model or large amount of some particular item) also can't be returned. Items should be returned as soon as possible.

We recommend to send returned items via recorded mail, this way you will be able to track your parcel and in case of loss you can claim for a compensation from your local post.
Items are returned at your own risk. Also, you shall be responsible for the cost of return, except when you return defective or wrongly sent items.
If you return items claiming they are defective, we will examine them and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time (usually few business days).
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer your money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
