RETURNS:
You have the option to return items within fifteen (15) days, starting from the day after you received them. Please note that items are eligible for refund only. To initiate a return, kindly notify us via email at [email protected]
We are committed to offering comprehensive information about each item. Therefore, if you have any uncertainties regarding a product you intend to buy, we encourage you to reach out to us prior to placing your order.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNED ITEMS:
• Items must be unused, undamaged, in sellable condition, and in their original primary packaging.
• A copy of the purchase invoice should be enclosed to the return.
• Items must be securely packed, and the same package (envelope/box) that items were received in can be used.
EXCEPTIONS:
• Items sent in their original manufacturer's packaging (including, but not limited to, wires, threads, pliers, glue, etc.) cannot be returned if the packaging is damaged and the item itself has been used or attempted to be used, except when the received item is defective.
• Finished jewelry that has been worn cannot be returned. Any unworn finished jewelry must be returned with all labels intact and in its original primary packaging.
• Items that were specially ordered for you (e.g., new models or large quantities of a particular item) cannot be returned.

IMPORTANT:
We strongly recommend choosing a trackable shipping method when returning items. This ensures you can track your parcel, and in the unfortunate event of loss, you can seek compensation from the postal/courier service.
Please be aware that returning items is at your own risk. Furthermore, you will be accountable for the return shipping expenses, unless the items being returned are defective or were sent incorrectly.
REFUNDS:
After a return is received, an examination of the returned items is conducted. If the item is returned in its original condition, a full refund for the item cost will be issued. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days (maximum 10 business days) from the date of receipt of the returned items. Money will be transferred using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
