DIRECTIONS:
1.Protect work surfaces (metal foil works well). Bonding surfaces should be clean and dry.
2.Roughen smooth surfaces for better adhesion (using abrasives or sandpaper).
3.Remove storage cap located in plunger. POINT TIPS AWAY FROM FACE AND BODY WHILE OPENING.
4.Point the syringe towards the mixing tray and snap off the tip end to open.
5.Use a plastic blister or clean cardboard to mix on.
6.Do NOT mix on metal. Dispense equal parts of resin and hardener by pressing down slowly on the plunger.
7.Mix thoroughly until uniform color using a wooden stick, plastic knife or other clean non-metal stirrer.
8.Apply mixed epoxy to both surfaces to be bonded and hold parts together with a clamp, tape or weights.
9.Remove excess epoxy immediately using a paper towel and denatured alcohol, prior to set.
Product sets in 5 minutes. Items can be handled in 30 minutes. Full cure in 24 hours.
NOTE: For cooler temperatures, setting time may be longer.
To seal the syringe, pull back on plunger, wipe tips and place cap firmly on tips.
NOTE: Cap will only fit one way on tips.
Store upright with tips up. Cured product withstands: -40° to 176°F (-40° to 80°C).
NOTE: Prolonged exposure to temperature above 85°F may result in pressure build-up in unopened syringe.
Use caution when opening, pointing tips away from face and body.
NOTE: Not recommended for drinking water applications.
NOTE: When cured product will be visible, pre-check color by mixing a small sample on clean cardboard and viewing the final color after 48 hours.
May cause sensitization by skin contact. Contains epoxy resin and polymercaptan hardener. In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes. Call a Physician. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show this container label. Use in a well ventilated area.
